I call it a double trigger because every time you pull the trigger, the BB is indexing from the magazine to the rear area, which means the trigger pull is longer and there is less friction from the mechanism. Index A BB. Accuracy: With the Caldwell Ballistic Precision Chronograph, I was able to get really close to the factory claimed 365 fps with an average velocity of 363 fps. The shooting conditions were good, much warmer than outside, but still not as hot as your typical summer day. The temperature was 15 degrees (59 degrees Fahrenheit). I'm sure in warmer conditions I would have reached 365 or higher. I put 10 shots into a paper target from 30 feet down using a normal seated, relaxed shooting position. I was able to get 10 shots under 2 inches, not bad at all! The pistol fired slightly to the left, as is common with most CO2 action pistols. The height was very close to 30 feet. Build Quality: The Umarex Glock 17 3rd Gen Blowback BB Pistol is well built overall. Fit and finish are good and slide movement is minimal. There is a bit of a clunking noise when the slide is rotated, but that is to be expected as most airguns of this type are made from pot metal with a high zinc alloy content. Realism: This is part of the third generation Glock 17. Even sitting on a table and holding it in your hand, you'll think it's the real deal until you drop the magazine and see it's a CO2 mag. Almost everything works like a real Glock 17, but the slide is not a full stroke, meaning it only retracts about 3/4 the size of a real Glock slide. Another significant difference is the ability to fire the gun faster. The release tabs don't work and are molded into the frame, so you have to remove the pin. I am in love with this gun! The overall feel is fantastic and very similar to an original Glock! It's true that your co2 tank will drop when it's about half full, but that's normal. Overall a great gun, I hope to buy another one soon :)
